Baris Karakullukcu is senior-level professional with 5 years of CEO, 16 years of Digital and Business Transformation Consulting and 15 years of Business Management experience in international organizations. She is proven leader with quantifiable results in building new business, improving profitability, sustaining market share growth, and delivering increased customer satisfaction.

Baris Karakullukcu graduated from Bilkent University with a degree in Industrial Engineering in 1996. She started her career at as a SAP Consultant, and after a short time she became management consultant in Coopers & Lybrand (now known as former IBM Business Consulting / acquired from PwC). During this period, she attended Certificate Program in Management Information Systems at Bogazici University and completed the Executive MBA Program in Koc University.

In the next step of his career with Accenture consulting firm, depending on the Munich office while working in more than 25 countries in 4 continents; she had the access to get to know different cultures and specialized in Chemicals Industry.

In 2005, Karakullukcu, came back to Accenture Turkey in order to build and enlarge the real sector of business. In this position; she managed various projects in many sectors, like retail, fast moving consumer goods, automotive and industrial equipment, pharmaceuticals, and teams with many different customers and so on. By the age of 35, she became the Managing Partner in charge of the Real Sector (Products) in Accenture Turkey. Her path crossed with Mudo during a consulting Project and she was offered to move to other side of the table to run operations. Karakullukcu worked for Mudo as CEO and trying to achieve sustainable growth while preserving the values, while starting the transformation program between March 2012 and June 2016.

Since beginning of 2017, She was responsible from Turkcell’ s Customer and Business Analytics, Business Intelligence & Web Analytics to optimize the information they receive from, as well as interactions with own customers by strengthening the channels with the insights they generate from the data we own and to improve process and operational efficiencies; increase customer revenue and loyalty, while driving costs from the price of doing business.

Karakullukcu  founded in 2018 with her university friends Analytics Excellence Platform, a advanced analytics start-up. She is also a co-founder of CX Turkey, a customer experience consulting firm that focuses on customer journey mappings and omnichannel focused digital transformation.

In addition to her professional career, she has worked as lecturer in Bosphorus university and Ozyegin University for MBA programs.
